Integrating Livestock in a Food Forest for a Resilient Farm

Join Elsewhere Farm owner Dr. Clare Hintz for a two hour tour of her diversified farm, featuring silvopasture and rotational grazing; orcharding/ unusual fruits; a deep winter greenhouse; and an intensive, minimum-tillage market garden that supports 50 families throughout the year. Farmer Clare will highlight her business strategy earning a living as a solo farmer, food safety with animals, and climate resilience.

Masks will be required for the safety of the farmer and the livestock. Registration is $5 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Kids can attend free with an adult. Advance registration is requested, walkups are welcome.
