Garlic Field Day at Schmidt Farm

A century farm that is certified organic and diversified, one of the core enterprises at Schmidt Farm is 20+ years of garlic production. With over 45 different varieties being grown over that time, Paul and Karen Schmidt currently plant approximately 30,000 heads with 14 varieties. They market wholesale as seed, retail at the Minnesota Garlic Festival and farmers market, and sell direct off the farm.
