Field Day at Plum Creek Garlic

The Crow River Chapter of SFA and the MN Premium Garlic Project present a garlic field day in Fairhaven Township near St. Cloud, MN.
Plum Creek Garlic is a 34 acre with garlic fields surrounded by restored native prairie, woods and wetlands. Now in their 14th year of growing garlic, they are active members of the Sustainable Farming Association and follow best practices including rotation and building soil capacity over time. They harvest approximately 5,500 head each year, with five varieties for sale on their website: plumcreekgarlic.com.  
Plum Creek Garlic has been a featured garlic grower at Minnesota Garlic Festival since 2008. Their mission is to build community while growing great garlic using sustainable means.

Members fee, nonmembers $5. Registration is required.
