The Local Buzz

Amy Wyant, manager of the Beanery & Gramma’s Pantry. is hosting a series of gatherings she calls “The Local Buzz.” She features local farmers to come to the shop Saturday mornings and chat with people, making local connections between farmers and customers.

The Greater Mille Lacs SFA chapter is co-sponsoring these gatherings, so there will be free coffee and scones. The farmer for each day will talk about pretty much whatever they want:  what’s going on a their farm, any farming or community-building projects that they are passionate about, and so on.

SFA staff and volunteers occasionally take photos during our workshops, cafe chats and field days for promotional purposes and to use as documentation of events to share with our funders.  If you do not wish to be photographed, please let our event host know -- we'll make every effort to make sure you are not photographed.
